We are an Organisation Development consulting firm that has been facilitating individuals, groups and organizations stretch their boundaries and explore new ways of connecting and working together. In the last 14 years since we started, we have been part of the journey of thousands of individuals and hundreds of teams, in their quest for excellence and discovering new meaning. It has not always been an easy journey for either of us - but at the end of the day we have had the  satisfaction of contributing to learning and growth of those people and organisations. The impact of our work has sometimes been transformational, sometimes less obviously so, but we have proceeded with our belief that trying something different, something new is the way ahead.
