While the initial years were of doing a lot of stand-alone training interventions, today, O&A is focussed on strategic change management interventions with our clients, most of our interventions being either medium or long term ones. These offer to our clients a clear understanding of how changes can be effected over a period of time, and what are the contributing factors to successful transformations. While much of our consulting and training work is focused towards attitudinal shifts as well as behavioural change, clients are beginning to see the difference it makes to the business itself.  One example of this was how a 4-day workshop on Vision and Values brought up an internal 'code of ethics' that the employees decided to formulate. This reflects how people will do what is right for them, provided they are offered an environment that is supportive.

Our aim is to build confidence and competence in individuals and groups, even as we focus on building a supportive and facilitative environment that is inclusive; balances individual opportunity for growth with care and respect for colleagues, and encourages leadership in its people.
