Marisa D'mello
Marisa D’Mello is an independent HR Consultant working with various Indian IT firms. She has international post-graduate degrees in Psychology as well as a doctorate degree from the Centre for Technology, Innovation and Culture (TIK), University of Oslo, Norway. Her doctoral project, examined psycho-social identities of Indian IT workers in relation to globalization processes, mobilities, culture, gender and organizational practices.

In her career of around 20 years, Marisa has been a Lecturer in Psychology, a Counselor, Psychologist, Behavioral Scientist and a Human Resources Manager.  She has conducted training and development programs on a range of behavioral competencies for students, parents, NGO employees, software programmers and managers. Marisa has several international publications to her credit and presented academic papers at conferences and seminars across Europe. She is a MBTI certified trainer and is also a professional member of the Indian Society for Applied Behavioural Science (ISABS).
