Currently working also for our Green Entreprise GifT. He is from Thiirumenahalli, Hoskote. He is an expert in the area of Home Compostiing and has many many services vists to his credit.  He is also pursuing his Bachelors in Arts from Bangalore University.

Elangovan Ramamoorthy - Accountant

He has always been very passionate about the social sector and has worked, for a large part of his career with in the not-for-profit organisations

Rama Devi - GifT Cordinator 

With many years of work exprience from different industries Rama is currently working with GifT in providing sustainable and economical solutions for managing wet waste in home residential communities and even within larger organisations.

She has been with O&A since Jan 2008

Shalini - Summer Intern

Shalini is currently studying at Joythi Nivas College and is also working part time at O&A. She is a hard worker and quick learner. She aspires to pursue a career in Human Resources.

Vish - Director

Is the founder and current director at Organisations & Alternatives Consulting. He has been in the OD Consulting space for 16 years now.

He has also started and continous to manage a Green Dream called GifT that offers sustainable and economical solutions for managing wet waste in home residential communities and even within larger organisations. He is also a board member on Sahaas (Also an environmental organisation).

He is also a student of Buddhism and lover of the wilderness and outdoors.

Venkatesh Prasad

Venkatesh has over 14 years of experience in the corporate and not for profit sectors. He has been very passionate about working with people and organisation. Of the many roles in life, he is associated with O&A since 2011.

He gets his energies by working with people closely. He is also passionate about theatre and been instrumental in starting some in Mysore.

Gayatri Sriram

Gayatri has over 20 years of experience to her credit. She has been associated with various industries and sectors, predominantly in the areas of marketing, resource management and people development of business. She has her expertise in conceptualisation, design and delivery of customer needs.

She is certified MBTI practioner.
