Gayatri Sriram, Talent Development Consultant, has an MBA from the University of Houston, Texas, U.S.A.

Gayatri has worked in different roles for over 20 years, the majority of it working in the highly competitive IT industry in U.S.A and India. She has worked in marketing, resource management, assessment development and people development aspects of business.

In her role as facilitator for programs, she has worked with diverse participant groups of varied sizes. Groups she has worked with include technical teams, accounting personnel, teachers and sales teams across industries as diverse as heavy engineering, hospitality, education and technology services.  She has successfully facilitated programs in 3 languages and 3 countries.

As a consultant, she prefers to design, create and deliver programs herself, putting together activities and games in response to variations in group needs. She is comfortable using technology to support initiatives in her work using blogs and websites as tools for wider impact. She has an abiding interest in e-learning as a tool for increasing audience connect and is currently researching tools that would help in presenting cost- effective solutions for employability improvement. 

Gayatri is a strong proponent of positive psychology and self-awareness. She is a committed learner and invests significant amount of time and effort in this area as a continuous process.

Her interest in the development sector has seen her traveling to small towns to facilitate programs in less than ideal conditions. She often chooses to work with groups in education and social development, lending her time and expertise for coaching and facilitation. As a certified MBTI® practitioner, she also offers confidential counseling and coaching for individuals.
