We believe that leadership teams function best when individuals continually seek answers to their own growth – when they work towards what they do best and recognise their own weak spots. The Executive Coaching module provides coaching on a one-on-one basis, thus becoming an invaluable source of support and development for managers and business leaders.
Executive coaching is an individualised approach to professional development of managers and leaders that focuses on results and outcomes. First we diagnose the individual's strengths and weaknesses, based on feedback from peers and superiors and also through using a personality profile. Then we assist the individual concerned identify various creative ways of developing the strengths, and minimising the impact of the blind spots or weaknesses. The success in our coaching approach lies in our abilities of accurately diagnosing the individual's strengths and work on leveraging this in his/her job role.
The coaching session could include psychological instruments, assignments, role plays, simulations, action planning and in some situations, even projects, to help the individual concerned make those shifts towards being an effective person. |
