When we began in 1994, our beliefs and values led us in certain directions. These have been consistent - whether at work, in social situations or at home. It is this consistent application of our values that has led us to believe that people in organisations are keenly seeking to lead more 'congruent' lives.

People have immense potential
People have more inner resources and hence are more capable than they think they are. We help our client systems understand and appreciate the power inherent in those strengths.
Motivation arises from within
Motivation is intrinsic to an individual; the external environment can only nurture and strengthen it. We focus on helping individuals to identify aspects of what would be most meaningful for them to engage in. In our experience once the person recognizes his/her needs and accepts them, it is not difficult to channelize one's energies to achieve them.
People are essentially trustworthy
When people work in an atmosphere of trust there is greater freedom to create the results they truly desire. Trust begets trust, creating an atmosphere of openness. We have found this aspect to be the key in every aspect of self and team effectiveness since this is the gateway to effectiveness in communication.
Teams are fundamental to any organisation
Team spirit leads to a more joyful sense of achievement and greater productivity than individual efforts in isolation. When individuals accept their interdependence and that they can complement other's strength and vice versa, the possibilities of achievement grow in quantum leaps.
